to our help desk,
Unfortunately,
the massive proliferation of Spam has made it very difficult to
operate our customer service using email exclusively. With all the
email filters now in place emails get lost... customers get angry...
and things generally don't go smoothly. We have problems with free
Hotmail type accounts, BT and AOL blocking anything that appears
to come from a commercial server.
To help
solve this issue we have implemented our "help desk" solution.
This isn't because we don't want to answer emails... it's because
we DO want to answer them! An unacceptable percentage of emails
were getting lost and spam was eating too much valuable time. We
still have support staff standing by but the answers to most questions
have been answered here for you, saving time and ensuring you get
the service you require.
Please
be sure to look through the Troubleshooter and Knowledgebase
for answers to your questions before submitting a ticket. Please
note that we will not reply to e-mails sent to support where
answers have been given here.
