Subject: FW: Campaign to Reduce UK Petrol Prices - a rip-off at 80p a litre!

COPY AND SEND THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW!

We are going to hit close to 89p a litre by the summer. Want petrol prices to come down? We need to take some intelligent, united action.

We are going to hit close to 89p a litre by the summer.

BanThePumps.com offered this good idea:

This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the "don't buy petrol on a certain day" campaign that has been attempted recently!

The oil companies just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn't continue to hurt ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them.

BUT, BanThePumps.com, has come up with a plan that can really work. Please read on and join in!

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a litre is CHEAP at 77p - 80p, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the marketplace, not sellers.

With the price of petrol going up more each day, we consumers need to take action. The only way we are going to see the price of petrol come down is if we hit someone in the pocket by not purchasing their petrol!

And we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

Here's the idea:

For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY petrol from the two biggest oil companies (which now are one), ESSO and BP.

If they are not selling any petrol, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit.

But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of Esso and BP petrol buyers. It's really simple to do!!

Keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!!

Copy and paste this e-mail and send it to everyone you know.

If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)... and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) ... and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers!

If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted!

Again, all YOU have to do is send this to 10 people, but send it to everyone to get the message out there.

That's all (and not buy at ESSO/BP).

How long would all that take?

If each of us sends this email out within one day of receipt, all 30 MILLION people could conceivably be contacted within the next 8 days!!!

I'll bet you didn't think you had that much influence, did you!

Acting together we can make a difference. If this makes sense to you, please pass this message on.

PLEASE HOLD OUT UNTIL THEY LOWER THEIR PRICES TO THE 69p a LITRE RANGE

Action:

It's easy to make this happen. Just forward this email, and buy your petrol at Shell, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons (75p) Jet etc.

BOYCOTT BP & ESSO!!!

Best Regards

The New, Hot, Alternative Investment Newsletter

Dear Investor

Property is a big money-making investment. Buy in an up-and-coming hotspot and you could see capital appreciation of more than 60% in a year. Property in nine towns saw 60%+ increases in 2003. If you know of next year's hotspots today, you could be generating that sort of return this time next year.
And there are many alternative property-related investments to choose from. You can buy into garages around city centres. Once those congestion charges are introduced over the next five years, these are going to rocket in price. And forestry is tipped to be a big money-maker over the next three years as demand seriously outstrips supply.

There are other alternative investments too, and they offer something for everyone! You can invest a little in a just-released, limited-edition china figurine or a lot in woodland. You can play safe with a commercial property fund or invest in wine, Wisdens, teddy bears or gold. It's up to you how you profit!
Want to find out more?  Click on https://www.AlternativeInvestmentGuide.com

Of course, it’s one thing knowing that alternative investments make money, but quite another deciding which ones to invest in.  Why was that Co-op policy the one to choose? Which autographs are the ones to go for this month?  And why the heck is Cleethorpes a property hotspot!

That’s where https://www.AlternativeInvestmentGuide.com comes in.  My name’s Iain Maitland, I’ve been involved with alternative investments for years – and my job is to tell you which alternative investments to buy, which to avoid, and how to buy low, add value, and sell high.  I’ll be doing that through https://www.AlternativeInvestmentGuide.com

https://www.AlternativeInvestmentGuide.com is operated t1ps.com Limited, the successful website group backed by Nigel Wray.

The Positive Club

Hello

Be who you are and say what you feel
because …
those who mind don't matter and
those who matter don't mind!
- Theodore Geisel, (Dr. Seuss)

What a simply brilliant expression this is!

And how many times have you and I avoided being - who we are saying - what we truly feel – because we were overly concerned with what other people might think of us?

I know over my life there have been a number of times when that’s happened for me – has it happened for you too?

So are there any dangers in living our lives by this expression?

Yes – of course they are!

Sometimes people who do mind – do matter.
And sometimes those who do matter – do mind!

But that’s the risk we take when we are prepared to be ourselves.

What’s better…

To have lived and upset a few people or to have avoided ‘living’ so that no one takes offence? I know which one I prefer.

So as you go forward into the adventures of this week (and the weeks to come) – perhaps you’ll think again - when you find yourself hesitating to be who you are and say what you feel.

And ‘STOP’ to realise if your concern is for those who matter or those who’ll mind!
