Dates For Organised Tours To Property Opportunities In Romania – Villas From £45,000,
19% Discount
In July, Razvan Satnoianu organised the first tours for his investors
to Romania. In one of the new developments, just 6 miles North
of Bucharest, in the most sought-after positions within an area
of frenetic development, a large part of a new street is now
owned by British investors. The whole development of 55 houses
was sold in days since they advertised.
They
are now arranging the next tours for investors keen to take
advantage of these
unique opportunities.
They
now have
an exclusive
allocation of 3 and 5 rooms villas finished
to a very high standard. They come with
a full range
of
extras,
such as
private roads,
allocated parking, secluded gardens, 24-hour
security, etc. Each house plot ranges between
100 to 220
sq m. Buildings are backed
by long-term building guarantees (usually
for the life of
the building). Prices start from £45,000 for 3-room houses
and around £50,000-52,000 for 5 room, 2-storeys house.
These prices include all fees and VAT. However, a discount of
up to 19% is also possible in some cases. These prices are a
real bargain, as they already reflect around 10-20% discount
from the average current market valuations in the area. Estate

24% Discount On Ready-To-Go Property In Birmingham
As you probably know, The Property Association (TPA) focuses
mainly on off-plan opportunities. However, occasionally they
come across some very attractive offers where the property is
ready and where exchange and completion are simultaneous, thus
removing the need for exchange deposits. Two such deals are now
available.
The last six apartments at the Jupiter development in Birmingham
have been offered to TPA by Redrow at a 24% discount. The building
is divided into four parts and the units in question are in the
Voyager building. Previously, TPA has offered plots in the Ulysses
section and these were snapped up very quickly, at a much lower
discount. They therefore believe this to be a superb offer and
worthy of announcement. Redrow require completion by September
30 and TPA has an independent mortgage broker standing by with
two mortgage products which will allow for the discount to be
used, either in whole or in part as a deposit and where lending
is not limited by rental valuations. Unless you are a cash buyer,
you will need to arrange a mortgage immediately in order to complete
on one of these properties. TPA can help organise that if you
do not have your own arrangements, but you will need to reserve
a property first.
Secondly,
a finance house has approached TPA with four repossessed
apartments
in a luxury
prestige
development
in Manchester
city centre called The Gallery.
These four properties were valued
in March by a highly respected
Manchester-based
RICS surveyor at £1,180,000. They are available to one single purchaser
for £960,000 plus a 1% arrangement fee. This represents
a qualified 17.83% discount and over £210,000
Instant Equity for one buyer.
Sounds almost like a lottery
win.
This is high
capital value property and is
best acquired as buy-to-sell.
It is
not ideal for buy-to-let,
due to rental valuations.
It does
however, provide an chance to
make a good return if placed
for sale
on the
open market.
The
finance
company
simply
do not have
time for that, hence the very
attractive price.
